There are three ways you can request a mail-in ballot:

• Go Online if you have a Maryland’s driver’s license or MVA-issued ID card.
• Complete and return one of the forms below. Read the instructions, enter the required information, print the form, sign it, and return it to your local board of elections. You can return it by mail, fax, in-person, or email with an attached image of your signed request to your local board. Your signature is required on any returned request.

• Go to your local board of elections and receive a mail-in ballot in person.

Early voting for the Primary will be held from 11 June to 18 June in 2026.  Hours for voting will be 7 AM to 8 PM.

Locations for Early Voting have not been announced yet.

The Primary Election will be held on 23 June. Polls will be open from 7 am to 8 pm.

On Election Day you must vote at your assigned precinct. Some polling locations may change; make sure to check your polling location before heading to the polls on June 23!

Early voting for the General Election will be held from 23 October to 29 October in 2026.  Hours for voting will be 7 AM to 8 PM.
